Negotiating your salary can be an intimidating task!
But as much as you might want to avoid it, it's a crucial skill to have when it comes to interviewing for jobs and navigating an offer.
Join us to learn how to ensure that you receive proper compensation for your skills and experience! We'll discuss how to research the standard wages within your role, industry, and location, as well as how to talk about your desired salary in an interview or discussion with your manager. Finally, we'll also cover how to interpret and properly accept or decline a job offer so that you feel as confident as possible during your job search.
This workshop will be held in-person only in Library 160B. Come and join us.
